TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIMMIFY PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees) or the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zimmify Private Limited regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
